Operation Safe Sage

It is the policy of The Sage School to provide a safe and secure environment for its students, faculty, staff, and visitors while preserving the culture and mission of the school. The Sage School fulfills this policy through the implementation and regular review of logical and rational security procedures and guidelines, which are endorsed by the Board of Trustees. It is expected that all students, faculty, staff, and visitors abide by the security procedures and guidelines in effect. As a primary element of creating a “safe school” environment, The Sage School will not tolerate any acts of crime, violence, hostility, and/or physical or emotional abuse by, or directed to, any student, faculty, staff, or visitor. Further, the presence of weapons on school property except by bona fide law enforcement is prohibited. The Sage School takes its responsibility to protect its community seriously as part of its educational and civic mission.
