NAGC's Annual State Affiliate Conference
Kathryn Trogolo (center), Director of Admission and Marketing, with Nancy Green (NAGC Executive Director) and Paula Olszewski-Kubilius (NAGC President and Director of the Center for Talent Development at Northwestern University) at the National Association for Gifted Children’s annual state affiliate conference in Washington, DC. The event is a gathering of gifted education advocacy leaders from across the country, to discuss concerns in gifted education, share solutions to problems commonly faced at the state and local levels, and raise awareness about state and federal legislation on behalf of the nation’s high-potential students. The event is capped off with visits to congressional offices. Kathryn attended the conference as a representative for the Massachusetts Association for Gifted Education (MAGE).
