Sage Student at National MathCounts Competition

The 2014 Raytheon National MathCounts Competition was held in Orlando, FL from May 8-11.  Sage eighth grader, Jeremy C., was one of the four students who qualified to represent Massachusetts and competed against some of the most talented Middle School math students in the country.  The students compete as a state team and individually.  The Massachusetts team came in 8^th place, and as an individual, Jeremy placed 50^th out of 224 students!  As part of the top four students to move on to the national competition, Jeremy also received a four-year full scholarship to Wentworth Institute of Technology. Congratulations Jeremy!
