Irish Music Festival

Looking for something to do this weekend? Boston.com featured an article about an Irish music festival this Saturday at Indian Hill Music School in Littleton.  It’s kind of a drive from Sage, but knowing the population we have of fiddlers and step dancers, I thought it was worth a share. The excerpt below is from the original article:

“A few years ago, when Addy Buffum and her family were vacationing in Ireland, they pulled into the village of Roundstone in County Galway and parked in front of a small building advertising handcrafted bodhrans, or Irish drums. ‘My husband knew we were sunk, because I have a thing for seeing how instruments are made,’ said Buffum, who is a lifelong student of music and manager of the Indian Hill Music School in Littleton.”
